- Internet Credibility and the User Symposium. The Internet Credibility and the User Symposium was held April 11-13, 2005 in Seattle WA. The symposium was a project of the American Library Association Office for Information Technology Policy (OITP) and the Information School of the University of Washington, funded by the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. From this symposium, a collection of commissioned papers discussing skills, educational strategies and technologies related to Internet credibility can be found in the CredibilityCommons Repository.
